At twenty years old, Pierre Paul carries the scars of a shattered life. Born to parents trapped in Haiti’s gang wars, he was raised under the fragile protection of his aunt – his only beacon of love in a world ruled by violence. When she is brutally killed, everything collapses.
What follows is a desperate escape. From Port-au-Prince to the Dominican Republic, across the ocean and through Europe, Pierre Paul faces hunger, solitude, exploitation, and unspeakable abuse. Yet, in the darkest places, a faint light refuses to die out.

Mohamed Feki
Film director and screenwriter Mohamed Feki, 26, is an independent Tunisian film director, screenwriter, and producer based in Switzerland. Named the youngest director by the Tunisian Minister of Culture in 2018, he has won over fifteen international awards for his short fiction, documentaries, and animated films, including Beau-Père (2018), France 1911 (2020), and El Ghriba (2021). His work fearlessly explores humanitarian and socially sensitive issues such as terrorism, political upheaval, child abuse, and the role of women in science. His first feature film, Pour Toujours, has already premiered at festivals, establishing his distinctive and committed cinematic voice
